WEAU 13 News: The Silver Screen Spotlight: “Brothers After War”
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - Four new films are opening at Micon Cinemas this weekend, one of which is supporting a mission to end homelessness.
This week’s Silver Screen Spotlight takes a look at the new wide release films “Last Breath” and “My Dead Friend Zoe”, as well as the documentary film “Brothers After War”.
Micon is also partnering with Hope Gospel Mission and Robert Craig Films to show the film “No Address” at the Downtown Cinema.
The drama highlights the struggles and resilience of people experiencing homelessness, and Robert Craig Films has pledged 50% of the net profits of the film to nonprofits helping support people struggling to find housing.
